1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Saudade Collective's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Event Tickets & Registration
Purchase: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by The Saudade Collective.
Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person, but The Saudade Collective must be notified in advance.
Entry: Valid ID may be required for entry. Entry may be refused for intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with venue rules.
Age Requirements: Some events may have age restrictions. These will be clearly stated on the event listing.
3. Event Attendance & Conduct
Attendees are expected to:
- Respect other attendees, staff, and performers
- Follow all venue rules and regulations
- Not engage in illegal activities
- Not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, outside food/drink)
- Comply with security instructions
Violation: Failure to comply may result in removal without refund and potential legal action.
4. Photography & Media Rights
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. These images may be used in marketing materials, social media, or other promotional content without compensation.
Personal Photography: Personal photography is generally allowed but may be restricted during performances. Flash photography may be prohibited.
5. Cancellations & Force Majeure
The Saudade Collective reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or artist unavailability.
Refunds: In case of cancellation, ticket holders will receive full refunds. For postponed events, tickets remain valid for the new date or refunds will be provided upon request.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Saudade Collective and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Usage: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Saudade Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or attendance at our events.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for tickets.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
